Why We Built This

Dare Medical Courier was founded on a simple, uncomfortable observation: in a healthcare system built around precision, the journey a specimen takes between a patient's arm and a laboratory's analyzer is often the least accountable part of the entire process.

We built Dare to close that gap, first in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, and from there, across the province and beyond. We believe that protecting a patient's diagnosis is not a logistics problem to be solved cheaply. It is a healthcare problem that deserves the same rigour, compliance, and care as any other part of the clinical process.

Titilayo Dare serves as VP & Chief Operating Officer across the Dare group of companies, where she brings a distinctive combination of accounting expertise and formal clinical training as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), a pairing that shapes Dare Medical Courier's operational philosophy from the ground up.

She leads route management, driver training, and compliance execution for Dare Medical Courier, approaching each with the instincts of a clinician and the discipline of a finance professional.
